Integrating new components into your information system
For you, the MVNO activity represents a new business. You will be handling new data, new processes, partly shared with your partner operator. To do that, you need to integrate new software components into your existing technical environment in order to manage those functionalities specific to the operator business (e.g. provisioning or billing system).
Integrating this tool into your partner operator's network
Once your business information system is complete, you'll need to integrate it into the operator's network. In other words, make your new MVNO system talk to the MNO platform. The interfaces are not standardised and the implementation of such exchanges is a long-term project, requiring mobilisation of expertise and considerable resources.
