ZTEsoft e MVNE SISTEER Francesa anunciam contrato global.
ZTEsoft, a subsidiary of the largest listed Chinese telecom equipment manufacturer ZTE Corporation, has signed an agreement with the Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) SISTEER for the complete Zsmart convergent billing Suite. The agreement signed by the two parties gives SISTEER access to the whole ZTE Zsmart set of solutions including Core, IN, VAS and BSS, recognised as one of the most innovative solution on the market. Zsmart solution originally covers both postpaid and prepaid services with real time single rating engine.
The French MVNE is expecting this partnership to accelerate its international development and improve its presence on mass market MVNO in Europe, especially in France. “Our partnership with ZTEsoft gives us access to convergent services.” says Alain Bureau, CEO of SISTEER. “Also, it is a key element to provide southern markets with MVNE services”."We see great potential in SISTEER’s partnership model, through which we intent to address the key MVNE/MVNO segment of the market, which is strategically aligned with our global growth objectives" says Jawad Masood, Deputy CEO of ZTEsoft.
ZTEsoft and SISTEER will collaborate to package a dedicated platform for MVNOs, in order to meet with the High-end MVNOs requirements on an international scale. The targeted package should reduce network integration efforts, support easy maintenance and offer substantial TCO reduction. Also it should support innovative services (Money transfer, Payment and NFC, etc.) and provide flexible expansion capacity. The solution will be available as a centralised MVNE network for multiple countries and multi-MNO networks, as well as pre-configured MVNE solution to be implemented locally.
The first implementation, which is being deployed in France, will be operational by mid-2011. SISTEER is expecting to start a new implementation in Latin America by Q2 2011
