Smart Profile is a configuration service for SIM card profiles, developed by Oberthur Technologies, and designed to answer specific needs for hosted MVNO.
This innovative service enables Sisteer and its hosted MVNOs to access the SIM’s resources, and more specifically to choose which applets to install when SIM cards are personalized. Sisteer also has direct access to a dedicated area on the SIM card secured by its own keys.
In parallel, Sisteer has acquired a portfolio of four applets which are amongst the market’s bestsellers: IMEI Tracking, Welcome Message, Smart Messaging and Short Number. These applications are made available to hosted MVNOs in SaaS mode without any investment cost. Sisteer’s clients can therefore take advantage of the SIM functionalities and enrich their relationship with their end customers.
With the support of Oberthur Technologies, Sisteer offers the possibility to MVNOs to install their own applets on the SIM card. This option enables operators hosted by Sisteer to address innovating markets with their own technologies and take full advantage of the mobile ecosystem.
