Alain BUREAU
Chief Executive Officer
Alain Bureau, CEO and founder of SISTEER, is the one who started the company and still shares its daily management with Xavier Grimaldi.
Alain Bureau spent most of his career in project integration in the telecommunications industry.
Thanks to more than 10 years alongside mobile operators, he has a full and complete view of IT and networks issues an operator can face. That makes him a privileged representative when following-up our clients’ projects.
Alain Bureau is an Engineer; he graduated from ISEP, Paris.

 

Xavier GRIMALDI
Chief Operating Officer
Xavier Grimaldi is responsible for the whole operations management at SISTEER in France and abroad. Co-founder of SISTEER, he works together with Alain Bureau and share with him the management of the company since its creation.
With more than 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry, Xavier Grimaldi has a very strong knowledge of mobile networks.
He has a Master degree in Electronics from Pierre & Marie Curie University in Paris.

 

 

Frédéric Brochin
VP Business & Services
As the VP Business & Services, Frédéric Brochin is in charge of the client relations during the before sales and deployment stages.
He spent most of his career working for a French Publisher of voice and data convergent solutions for mobile operators, where he was the CEO Deputy in charge of the international development.
Frédéric Brochin graduated from the ISG Business School in Paris, from the Institute of Management, University of Asia (Japan) and from the Manhattan Institute of Management (USA).

 

Dominique Theriez
VP Marketing
Dominique Theriez joined SISTEER during the year 2010 to be in charge of the marketing and communication department of the company.
He started his career as a management consultant at Bossard Consultant, Cap Gemini and then PW Consultants. Dominique Theriez took part in the launch of various telecom operators and in the development of innovative payment services. Before joining SISTEER, he was responsible for the Business Development at a Panafrican Telecom & Media company.
Dominique Theriez is an Engineer from Agroparistech, Paris.

 

Maurice Hadjedj
VP Production
With a strong 30-year experience in the telecommunications industry, Maurice Hadjedj joined SISTEER in 2008 to run the Operators’ support functions.
He started his career as an Engineer at Sintra-Alcatel, and Adret and then as a consultant in High technologies at Altran. In 1994, he created the company LORRIS, specialised in technical consulting and support for mobile telecommunications of which he was the head manager during 8 years. He then went on with his carrier in consulting at NET2S, 3GTOP and AIRCOM, where he was the France Director.
Maurice Hadjedj is an Electronics and Telecom Engineer and has an MBA from the Israel Institute of Technology.

 

Gérard Turmel
VP Development
Gérard Turmel manages the technical Platform development in France and abroad.
He started his career in 1984 at Cediag Bull, Simulog and then at Alcatel CIT where he worked during more than 10 years. He acquired a strong expertise on core network equipments and OSS/BSS integration solutions. In 2002, Gerard Turmel took part in the creation of Cybertech, a software Publisher of provisioning and mediating solutions for mobile phone operators. In 2006, he joined SISTEER following the acquisition of Cybertech by the company.
Gérard Turmel has a Master degree in IT from Paris Orsay University.

 

Greg Descamps
Diretor Presidente SISTEER do Brasil
Greg Descamps was one of the main player in the creation of our subsidiary, SISTEER do Brasil in Sao Paulo. He is now the Head Manager of SISTEER’s Brazilian subsidiary and is leading the development of our activity in Brazil and Latin America.
Greg started his career as a Country Manager for the NGO, Action Against Hunger in Southern Sudan. In 1998, Greg Descamps joined Webraska, a leading company on mobile LBS and GPS solutions, where he took over the International Development of the company, prior to be its VP Marketing & Sales.
Greg Descamps graduated from the IPAG Business School in Paris.
